A lot of Merrylands' older homes and unit blocks still have their original tiled floors, laid decades ago and no longer available off the shelf. When one gets damaged, the job is less about the tile itself and more about making the fix disappear.
Levelling the sub-floor, sourcing the closest tile match we can, and lining up the grout so the join isn't the first thing you notice — that's the difference between a patch and a proper repair.
Tile patching is a job we'll take on, but it's not the main game. Most call-outs in Merrylands are still the standard carpentry list — doors, skirting and general repairs around the home.
Carpentry is what we specialise in, but small tile patch repairs come up often enough in older homes that we've taken them on as part of the general repairs we offer.
